Isabel was my favorite sis, a very funny girl, full of joy, shy, a real girly, a great friend and a
great person. She used to share a room with me, and after her death I feel so alone that I can´t
even explain. I still can´t understand why, and I think Ill never find the answer. Izzy was in a
heavy schizophrenic crisis for almost 1 year when she died as a victim of suicide when I was 15,
only 3 days after her 17th bday. She was the 5th girl of Maria da Silva Lazarini & Angus Bristol,
also little sister of Tabatha, Anna Lúcia, Jennifer, Karen and my big sis. Isabel was in the last
semester of brazilian high school and had plans to study medicine when she was found dead by
hanging, on the morning of September 5th, 2006. During the night of September 4th to Sept. 5th, she
woke up and went out from our house forever. She left a long letter for our family, which ends
saying "At 5:15am, Isabel Bristol, 17 years, Cause of death: my mind". I only get some comfort from
the fact that nothing can hurt her anymore. My angel is finally in peace, and safe, in Gods arms.
